Dance the night away in this 1970's black and white polka dot ball gown. This is a knockout with an 8" scoop neck and flounced hemline with a 116" sweep. This gown is extraordinary and virtually dances off the hangar. Unimaginable movement and beauty. Made in London. Fully lined. Hidden back zipper. So flattering. Emulating such designers as Ossie Clark, and often incorporating high end details such as elaborate embroidery, Frank Usher gowns were superbly constructed and of-the-moment designs of the time.
