Explosion of FIREWORKs in this gorgeous 100% hand-beaded Laurence Kazar cocktail top with short-sleeves, removable shoulder pads and scalloped hem. So flattering the way it tapers in the front and back. The beading could be considered a fish-scale pattern but within each scale (surrounded by pearl beads and blue sequins) is a fireworks display of green beads punctuated with pearl beads.
